This semester, I’m in the position of Editor in Chief for the second time in my college years.

About two years ago, I became the Editor in Chief for my community college newspaper, The Telescope at Palomar College. It was such a good experience, but of course, it was a lot of work.

This time around, as the EIC of the Clause, is a little different. It’s still a lot of work, but this time, I’m more comfortable in the role. I know that I can manage it, even on top of 18 units. We’re heading into the production of our third issue this week, so my staff is getting into the hang of things. I feel like we have a great group of editors and staff writers who love journalism and love writing about things that are relevant to APU.

I’m excited to see what the rest of the semester has in store for our staff. Be on the lookout for the new issue on Wednesday – we’ve got some exciting things in the works!
