Finals Season.
On one hand, it’s supposed to be the happiest time of the year, with Christmas approaching, decorations galore and holiday-flavored everything. But on the other, the most dreaded week of college student’s lives, with endless essays, portfolios and test cramming.
During times like these, it’s always good to know you’re not alone: and sometimes, it helps to see just how much work everyone else has, too. So here are pictures of students study areas from around campus, for a little camaraderie and motivation.
It may not look like much, and this student said that she does a decent job avoiding procrastination: But then you notice there are four different mugs of coffee in this picture, and you feel a little better.
The classic “studying with friends at the coffee shop”, because the library is full and the tables are always the perfect size.
Two papers, a Chick-Fil-A milkshake and a pocket version of the New Testament? the least relatable thing about this student’s desk is that he’s left-handed.
This student is actually 30 minutes into his 10-minute study break, as you can probably understand with his very messy desk nothing on the open page. Same.
Sometimes, all you need is your laptop, two cups of coffee and a bagel to get it done.
I hope this was enough motivation to understand that every study style is a good one. So don’t give up now, you’re so close! And when in doubt, remember that at least you aren’t falling asleep in the library.
