Kaitlyn is a senior journalism and acting for the stage and screen double-major at APU. Reading and telling stories has been something she's treasured since she was a kid (she was the girl who preferred reading Magic Treehouse over running around a playground, if you catch my drift). She currently works as a freelance writer for Houstonia Magazine, a local publication in Houston, Texas where she was born and raised, a staff writer at GREY Journal, and the lifestyle editor here at ZU Media. When she's not typing away, she loves reading an entire book in a single sitting (nothing has changed since the playground), or listening to True Crime podcasts.
